 Unified Messaging brings your Voicemail, FAX and Email
 all to the one place, your email inbox.

 You also get your own unique phone number which when
 called, can forward the call to the number(s) you choose.

 The service will ring each phone number in turn that you
 have entered in to the hunt group (including your mobile)
 until it finds one that is answered.

 If the call is not answered on one of the hunt group
 numbers it is automatically diverted to the voicemail facility
 and the voice message will be sent straight to your email
 inbox.
 
 Hunt Group

 Your hunt group can consist of any numbers you choose.
 You can have numbers located in different offices, different buildings and even different counties as well as mobile numbers.
 
 The voicemail facility will take any unanswered calls or you
 can set voicemail to intercept all calls if you don't want to
 take any calls at any time.

 Your voicemail is sent as a sound attachment to your email
 address or you can listen to your messages from any
 phone by dialling your control number.

 Faxes

 Unified messaging works just as well with faxes, if the fax
 call cannot be answered then the unified messaging system
 will take the call, receive your fax and email it to you as an
 email attachment.

 If you are away from your PC instead of receiving your
 faxes by email you can redirect them to a fax machine
 nearby such as your clients or the hotel fax machine.
